Pioneer Affordable Homes
Our History
Pioneer Affordable Homes was originally established in
1956 by Helen and John Bertussi as "Pioneer Trailer Sales". Mr.
Bertussi had been a Dairy Farmer for many years and Mrs. Bertussi, a
stay-at-home mother to their 8 children. Together they purchased a 23 space
trailer park which spawned a new business venture. They quickly realized they
had a unique opportunity to establish a manufactured home sales center, the
first of its kind in their city.
In 1986 thier son, Randy
Bertussi purchased and merged Pioneer Trailer Sales with his business
Affordable Homes & RV’s; unveiling Pioneer Affordable Homes. As the
second generation, Randy has been dedicated to the ideals of the company.
Throughout the years PAH continues to implement the values of
trustworthiness, integrity, and unparalleled dedication to customer service
satisfaction.
