Our History
Pioneer Affordable Homes was originally established in 1956 by Mr. & Mrs. John Bertussi as "Pioneer Trailer Sales." Mr. Bertussi had been a Dairy Farmer for many years and Mrs. Bertussi, a stay-at-home mother to their 8 children. Together they purchased a 23 space trailer park which spawned a new business venture. They quickly realized they had a unique opportunity to establish a manufactured home sales center, the first of its kind in their city.
In 1986 Mr. Randy Bertussi, their son purchased and merged Pioneer Trailer Sales with his business Affordable Homes & RV's; unveiling Pioneer Affordable Homes. As the second generation, Mr. Bertussi has been dedicated to the ideals of the company. Throughout the years PAH continues to implement the values of: trustworthiness, integrity, and unparalleled dedication to customer service satisfaction.
